The Follow-up:

Our time together will be spent talking about your current health concerns, your past medical history, assessing your goals and really just getting to know you

There is generally a focused physical exam during this visit as well to fully assess your current health status.

By the end of your visit, you will be given options about where we can begin to address your health goals . This may include a laboratory requisition or test kit, lifestyle/nutritional advice, or other treatment recommendations to get you started.

A follow-up strategy will also be set at the end of your initial appointment. Follow-up appointments are important to assess progress, re-assess your goals and to take next steps toward achieving them.
